Our teacher has been chosen for her warmth and dedication in the field of Christian Education. Mrs. Hille holds a college degree of Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University and has sixteen years of pre-school teaching experience. s.

PURPOSE:
Faith Lutheran Nursery School has been established to provide a pre-kindergarten learning experience in a caring Christian environment.

PROGRAM GOALS:

  • support good health habits begun in the home

  • encourage good spiritual growth

FACILITIES:
Classes are held in the educational wing of Faith Lutheran Church. There are no steps to climb, and the classroom is fully carpeted.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
For their respective classes, children must be 3 years old or 4 years old by July 31. They must be completely toilet trained.

PARENTS / VISITATION:
Parents may become involved in field trips, bringing snacks from home and other special activities. Please feel free to stop in for a short time to see the facilities and meet the teachers any day during class hours.

TYPICAL CLASS DAY:
4 year old class meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9-11:30 or 12:30-3pm. 
3 year old class meets Monday and Friday from 9:00-11:30am.

COST for school year 07-08:
$60 Registration fee (Not refundable) ($20 of this fee is applied to first month’s tuition)
4 year old class: $90 for church members per month
4 year old class: $95 for non-members per month
3 year old class: $70 for church members per month
3 year old class: $75 for non-members per month
Fees are due at the beginning of each month. Classes will begin in September 

HOW TO REGISTER:
Registration is open to the general public on January 1. The class sizes of 14 (4year olds) and 12 (3 year olds) are set by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. To guarantee a place in our class, fill out the application form and return it with the registration fee to: FAITH LUTHERAN NURSERY SCHOOL, 2265 Garden Dr., Avon, OH 44011. The classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis after January 1.
Make check payable to: FAITH LUTHERAN NURSERY SCHOOL. 
A medical form and transportation form are due the first day of school. Every registered child will receive our Nursery School Handbook. If there are further questions, please phone the teacher/administrator.
